Setting up a search system is pretty easy nowadays. Install Solr or ElasticSearch and off you go. Usually just the content and some meta data is added to the search index. This session will show some simple techniques that can enrich your index and improve your search results. During the session we look into some natural language processing, image recognition and cross recommendation techniques that Sanoma used to improve their search results.

Sander lately focusses on multi channel content publication, search and big data.
